After reading this - do not hesitate - commit to a tree today!
Due to some really great exposure or our REALLY GREAT FOSTER TREES we are sure to commit all of our available 2016 trees in the short window of time that is upon us and tomorrow may be too late for this season. We just don't want you to say that we didn't warn you!
If our store does not let you add a tree to the cart then that size tree is sold out. Look around for another tree, but if you cannot find one - don't be in this position next year by RESERVING a tree with our reservation ticket. We have recently been posted internally at just about every large tech company in the Bay Area and we will be taking reservations all year for the 2017 season. Get in now and you are guaranteed a tree for 2017! If you are an employee at any of the companies listed below - look for us internally with your company.

SHOPPING CART DETAILS
- AFTER SELECTING YOUR TREE AND YOU ARE VIEWING YOUR SELECTION IN THE CART - PLEASE DISREGARD THE "N/A" IN QUANTITY. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED FOR ONE ITEM AND YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL REPRESENT THE QUANTITY.
- IF YOU DESIRE MORE THAN ONE TREE - SIMPLY SELECT ANOTHER TREE FROM THE CART AND IT WILL APPEAR AS A ADDITIONAL TREE IN YOUR CART.
- THERE WILL NOT BE A TAX ASSIGNED TO THE ORDER BECAUSE YOUR FEE IS A SERVICE FEE - NOT A PURCHASE FEE. We have spent many hours with the California State Board of Equal on this fact and they now understand our process. Yay! WE DO NOT SELL TREES - OUR FOSTERED TREES ARE ALL REFORESTED. We do however absorb the CA "Use Tax" for our customers. We've got you!

Delivery: November 26th - December 24th.
- 11/26-28th are reserved for previous year Fostering Households deliveries
- 11/29th - 12/24th for all new 2016 Fostering Households -
Our estimated areas and days of service are below - these can change with volume and we expect people to work with us to make it happen "Go Team Pro-Ecology!":
- SF & Peninsula - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
- South Bay & East Bay: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday - South Bay & East Bay
All other outlining areas will be accommodated around this schedule.
Pick-up: December 28th - January 8th. New households - we'll be in touch!
TREE AVAILABILITY FOR CHRISTMAS 2016
Please see the specific species that you are interested in.
If you get a message while selecting a tree that says "Unable to add item" - then that tree or plan is not available in that combination for farming or availability reasons.
Solution: You are welcome to reserve for 2017 and we can find you the specific tree that you want. You simply purchase "Reserve Ticket" and we go find you the tree you want! We contact our reserve list in the first quarter of the season they have reserved for to follow up with specifics about their reservation. You are then issued a code to apply against the tree you want to redeem your deposit. Easy!
5-6 FOOT TREES:
- One reason that you might see the "Unable to add item" is because (for the health of the tree) THREE YEAR FOSTERING TERMS CAN ONLY BE OFFERED DUE TO THEIR ALREADY LARGER SIZE.
Our fostering households are charged for the first season at time of sign up and in April for every consecutive year of fostering. Please remember that we do not rent trees and that your fostering fee is to store, transport and maintain your tree in the best conditions possible for your tree to grow and prosper.
Full installments came about by fostering families asking to pay in advance and if they did - would there be a discount. The financial advantages are listed above, but more importantly - these families know that this particular holiday expense is taken care of for the life of the program agreed to. Easy!
